At JRL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional beauty tools. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, including all accessories and manuals, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned tools, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
